This was our first time working with Frank (and Gloria). But from our first meeting it felt like we (my wife and I) were working with old friends. Frank had done his prep work and demonstrated without question that he was highly professional and knew the market well. We had spoken to other realtors previously and had a good idea of what services to expect. We were blown away by everything Frank was going to do. I could write a lot of superlatives, but I think the best thing I can say is that Frank didn't just promise to do everything to sell our house, to keep us constantly informed, and to watch out for our best interests, he actually came through on every point. Buying or selling a home is highly stressful to say the least, but Frank made the experience so much better because we knew we were in good, knowledgeable hands and that he was going to get us the best deal possible - and he did. When everything was completed, I told my wife that I was very glad she had contacted Frank and Gloria and that I didn't think we could have gotten any better treatment or service from anyone else. If you are considering a realtor, I can promise you that you will not be disappointed with Frank. When the time comes, we will absolutely, positively use his services again. He's the best there is.

We really enjoyed working with Frank! He quickly rounded up numerous listings for us to review and scheduled several showings to get the ball rolling and help us narrow down what we were looking for. He was very responsive and happy to answer all the questions we had about the process because we were first time home buyers. Thanks to Frank, we really didn't have to worry much about the inspections, appraisals, paperwork, or deadlines because he was on top of everything and handled everything. He also connected us with a great mortgage team that was able to work with us to get us approved when traditional banks said their policies had zero wiggle room despite it being clear that we could afford a home. And in the end we got a great home in a great neighborhood and it appraised for $10k more than what we bought it for. Thank you Frank!
